New York State Police Blotter – Dec. 25, 2024
12/25/24 11:03 a.m.- After responding to a domestic
dispute in the town of Almond, state police arrested Tyler Kays, 25, of Almond.
He was charged with two counts of child endangerment, criminal mischief, preventing
an emergency call and third-degree menacing. He was taken to the Allegany
County Jail for Central arraignment.
12/25/24 6:03 p.m.- A Steuben County man faces felony
and lesser counts following an incident in the village of Avoca. State police
arrested Russell J. Hamilton, 34, of Corfu. He was charged with felony criminal
possession of a weapon with a previous conviction, menacing with a weapon and
two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. He was transported to the
Steuben County Jail for Central arraignment.
