New York State Police Blotter – Dec. 28, 2024
12/28/24 5:03 p.m.- Olean-based state police
responded to a burglary-in-progress call in the town of Allegany. After
investigation, state police arrested Steven J. King, 39, of Cuba. He was
charged with felony third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance
(narcotic drug with intent to sell) and felony burglary (illegal entry with
intent to commit a crime). He was later released on his own recognizance
pending court action.
12/28/24 10:24 p.m.- After investigating a domestic
dispute in Hornellsville, Amity-based state police arrested Brandon G. Wilson,
42, of Hornell. He was charged with aggravated harassment for allegedly
communicating threats by phone, computer or mail. He was taken to jail for
Central arraignment.
