NY State Police blotter UPDATED

6/11/20 7:17pm- SP Amity Troopers arrested Jeffery S. Burr, 58, of Belfast, NY for Driving While Intoxicated.
Troopers investigating a two-car accident on County Road 17 in the town of Belfast allege Burr had been operating a vehicle while in an intoxicated condition. He failed standardized field sobriety tests at the scene. Burr was then arrested and transported to SP Amity, where a chemical breath test revealed him to have a 0.09% BAC.
Burr was released with appearance tickets for Belfast Town Court, where he is due to appear in July.

6/11/20 9:44pm- SP Fillmore Troopers arrested Andy Speta, 45, of Hume, NY for Driving While Intoxicated.
Troopers observed Speta operating a riding lawn mower on County Road 23 in the town of Hume and that he was allegedly exhibiting obvious signs of intoxication. Troopers say he had been operating in an intoxicated condition. He failed standardized field sobriety tests at the scene. Speta was then arrested and transported to SP Fillmore, where a chemical breath test revealed him to have a 0.17% BAC.
Speta was released with appearance tickets for Hume Town Court, where he is due to appear later this month. 
6/11/20 4:53pm- State Police were called with a one vehicle personal injury crash at the intersection of State Route 36 and MaGee Road in the Town of Hornellsville. Troopers listed the driver as Brockton M. Stuck, 24, of Wellsville. Police reported one person was injured.
