Wellsville Police arrested Andy L. Barrett, age 20 of
Wellsville, charging him with Issuing a Bad Check. The charge stems from a complaint made by the
Giant Food Mart in Wellsville. Barrett
was issued an appearance ticket and released.
Barrett is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on July 7th at 4:30
p.m.
