Steuben man shot, Tioga man charged with attempted murder
A Lindley man was injured Wednesday after he was shot in the
back. Pennsylvania Troopers said the incident happened in Tioga following an
argument that escalated out of control. The 35-year-old victim was shot with
“birdshot” from a shotgun. He was taken to Robert Packer Hospital for treatment.
Troopers arrested 33-year-old Lewis Nagy of Tioga and charged him with
attempted murder. He was arraigned and remanded to jail without bail.
