Cuba woman, two others charged in Olean burglary

State Police arrested three people Saturday afternoon after a burglary complaint in the City of Olean. All three were taken into custody at 301 Coleman Street. Arrested were:
  1. Lilly M. Willover, 19, of Cuba, charged with felony burglary.
  2. Layton T. Walker, 20, Bradford, Pennsylvania, charged with felony burglary, criminal mischief and criminal possession of stolen property.
  3. A name-protected 18-year-old female, charged with felony burglary. Walker was detained, the others were released on their own recognizance.
