A message from Community Bank CEO about COVID 19

Dear Community Bank, N.A., customers,

As the situation with the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, it presents new and unique challenges that have impacted communities, businesses, our employees and our customers. As we navigate these uncertain times, the well-being and safety of everyone will always remain our utmost priority. We are committed to facing these challenges together and we are dedicated to helping you stay informed about important efforts that we are taking to serve all of our customers throughout this challenging time.

Last week, we made the proactive decision to close all branch lobbies effective Thursday, March 19. We understand the critical importance of having access to banking services and, therefore, while our lobbies may be temporarily closed, they continue to remain available by appointment. We continue to serve our customers through our drive-thrus, ATMs and night drops. We recommend our customers take advantage of convenient
online, mobile and phone banking services available 24/7. Additionally, our customers can open new deposit accounts or apply for personal loans online. At Community Bank, N.A. you can call your branch directly or contact our customer service at corpcom@cbna.com or 1-866-764-8638 Monday through Friday from 8a.m. to 6p.m. EST.

As always, it is important to beware of potential fraud and scams. Please know that Community Bank will never contact you to provide or verify your personal account information such as full social security or account numbers, online banking account username or password.
Follow these helpful tips to understand the danger of potential security threats and how to lower your risk of being impacted.

As we continue to monitor and evolve with this developing situation, we will follow the guidelines set by the CDC and will continue to keep you updated. Despite these challenging times, we want to assure you that your banking needs are taken care of—we are committed to being there for you, your family, your business and the community.

Thank you for your patience, understanding and continued support. Please let us know if there is anything we can do for you.
