Rep. Reed supports opening businesses back up...soon

Congressman Tom Reed (R-Corning) says he agrees with President Trump that businesses must return to operation, sooner rather than later. He says he believes that commerce can return while COVID-19 is managed. Public Health officials disagree. Reed said businesses need to survive. The Representative suggested a regional approach, saying New York City business return may be delayed, but other parts of the country could re-open.
