Wellsville Police arrested Eric F. Rinehart, age 59 of
Wellsville, charging him with Criminal Mischief 4th and Harassment 2nd. The charges stem from an incident that took
place on West State Street in the Village of Wellsville. Rinehart was processed and arraigned before
Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor.
Rinehart was released and is due back in Wellsville Village Court at a
later date.
