The Wellsville Police Department is proud to announce the graduation of Officer Steve Kear from the Rural Police Training Academy in Batavia, NY. Officer Kear will continue field training and he will eventually serve the police department as a part-time officer. Steve Kear was awarded third place as Top Shot in his academy class.
