LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING UPON PRELIMINARY BUDGET

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the preliminary budget of the Town of Wellsville for the fiscal year beginning January 01, 2020 has been completed and filed in the office of the Town Clerk, Municipal Building, 156 N Main St, Wellsville, New York where it is available for inspection by an interested person during regular business hours.
FURTHER NOTICE is hereby given, that the Town Board of the Town of Wellsville will meet and review said preliminary budget and hold a public hearing thereon, at the Town Hall in room 11 in the Municipal Building at 6:00 p.m. on the 15th day of November 2019 and at such hearing any person may be heard in favor or against any item or items therein contained.  Pursuant to Article 8, Section 109 of the Town Law, the proposed salaries of the following elected Town Officers are hereby specified as follows:
Supervisor - $8,323.20
Councilperson - $13,790.40 (4 @ $3,447.60)
Town Clerk - $44,706.54
Highway Superintendent - $59,772.29
Tax Collector - $5,698.30
Town Justice - $10,175.18
Individuals with disabilities or senior citizens, who require assistance in attending said public hearing or in furnishing comments, should contact the Town Clerk three (3) days in advance if possible, to request assistance.

LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FIRE CONTRACT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Wellsville Town Board, Allegany County, New York in the Town Office, Room 11 the Municipal Building in said Town of Wellsville, November 15, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. for the purpose of considering the contract with the Village of Wellsville and the Wellsville Volunteer Fire Department for fire protection to be furnished to the Town of Wellsville Fire Protection District, effective January 01, 2020 for one year, for the sum of $125,000 (One Hundred Twenty Five Thousand Dollars).  All persons interested in this matter will be heard at such time and place.  Individuals with disabilities or senior citizens who require assistance in attending said public hearing or in furnishing comments should contact the Town Clerk three (3) days in advance if possible, to request such assistance.
