Wellsville Police arrested Jesse K. Beauchamp, age 48 of Wellsville, charging him with two counts of Making a Terroristic Threat (Class D Felony). Beauchamp was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor. Beauchamp was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $10,000.00 cash bail or $20,000.00 property bond. Beauchamp is due back in Wellsville Village Court on September 17th at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police charged Tammy E. Miller, age 53 of Angelica, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd for driving with a suspended driver’s license. The charge stems from a traffic stop on Chamberlain Street in the Village of Wellsville. Miller was issued a traffic citation and released. Miller is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on September 24th at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police arrested Aaron C. Watson, age 21 of Rexville, charging him as a Fugitive from Justice. The charge stems from a traffic stop on East Dyke Street in the Village of Wellsville. Watson was wanted by the Potter County Sheriff’s Department and taken into custody. Watson was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor. Watson was committed to the Allegany County Jail without bail, pending extradition to Pennsylvania.
Wellsville Police arrested Joshua W. Smith, age 20 of Wellsville, charging him with Petit Larceny and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 5th. The charges stem from an incident that took place on Pine Street in the Village of Wellsville. Smith was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released. Smith is due to appear in Wellsville
Village Court on September 24th at 4:30 p.m.
Wellsville Police charged Joel H. Grabow, age 30 of Bolivar, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd (unclassified misdemeanor) for driving with a suspended driver’s license. The charge stems from a traffic stop on the Genesee Parkway in the Village of Wellsville. Grabow was issued a traffic citation and released. Grabow is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on September 24th at 4:30 p.m.
