Wellsville, NY - Art for Rural America, the nonprofit behind the Fassett GreenSpace Project, is hosting a free plant giveaway this Saturday July 13th from 12-3pm at their garden located on 55 North Main St. They have an estimated 30 flats of vegetable starts (hundreds of plants) that they are trying to give away to good homes! You are invited to take as many as you need. There are peppers, tomatoes, squash, cauliflower, and more, all donated by East Wind Landscape and Nursery in Belmont, NY. This giveaway helps the nonprofit improve their mission by spreading self reliance and sustainability to all of our local families.
