Wellsville Police arrested Kameron S.Z. Bryan, age 17 of
Wellsville, charging him with Criminal Sex Act 1st (Class B Felony), Unlawful
Imprisonment 2nd and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. The charges stem from an investigation into
an incident that took place in Island Park in April of 2019. Bryan was processed and arraigned before
Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor.
Bryan was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $10,000.00 cash bail
or $20,000.00 property bond. Bryan is
due back in Wellsville Village Court on June 18th at 4:30 p.m.
Wellsville Police, acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the
Wellsville Village Court, arrested Nicholas E. Tubbs, age 22 of Mills, PA, for
failure to appear in Court and/or pay fine on a previous charge of third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Tubbs was located by the New York State
Police and transported to Wellsville.
Tubbs was arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor. Tubbs was committed to the Allegany County
Jail on $250.00 cash bail. Tubbs is due
back in Wellsville Village Court on June 18th at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police arrested Brendan C. Barnett, age 35 of
Wellsville, charging him as a Fugitive from Justice. Barnett was located on King Street in the
Village of Wellsville and taken into custody.
Barnett was arraigned before Town of Wellsville Justice Walsh and
committed to the Allegany County Jail pending extradition to Pennsylvania.

Wellsville Police charged Willard D. Johnston age 72 of
Allentown, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd (unclassified misdemeanor)
for driving with a suspended driver’s license.
The charge stems from an incident that took place on the Bolivar Road in
the Village of Wellsville. Johnston was
issued a traffic citation and released.
Johnston is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on June 25th at
4:30 p.m.
