6/13/19 12:42pm- State police arrested Bradley J. Carter, 32, of Wellsville. He was charged with promoting a sexual performance by a child under age 17, a class D felony and endangering the welfare of a child. The alleged incident occurred in the Town of Wellsville on May 13th. Carter was released on his own recognizance.
6/13/19 9:36am- State police arrested Mark F. Farwell, 49, of Scio. He was charged with endangering the welfare of a child following an incident in Willing. He was issued an appearance ticket for court and released.
6/13/19 4:36am- Troopers report the arrest of Michael E. Schwanz, 35, of Belmont. He was charged with third-degree assault for allegedly causing physical injury. He was taken into custody at 10 Genesee Street in Belmont. He was initially detained for a court appearance.
6/13/19 12:48pm- State police arrested a name-protected 17-year-old boy from Hornell. He was charged with four counts of second-degree reckless endangerment, three counts of endangering the welfare of a child, reckless driving, driving while ability impaired by alcohol, license restriction violation, imprudent speed and moving from a lane unsafely. The charges were the result of a personal injury vehicle crash in Canisteo on June 1st.
