Wellsville Police arrested Robert J. Herrod, 64 of
Wellsville, charging him with Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Harassment
2nd. The charges stem from an incident
that took place on Early Street on April 11th.
Herrod was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice
O’Connor and released. Herrod is due
back in Wellsville Village Court on May 21st at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police arrested Brandon J. Brownell, 34 of
Wellsville, charging him with Criminal Mischief 4th and Harassment 2nd. The charges stem from an incident that took
place on South Broad Street in the Village of Wellsville. Brownell was processed and arraigned before
Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor.
Brownell was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $250.00 cash bail
or $500.00 property bond. Brownell is
due back in Wellsville Village Court on April 16th at 4:30 p.m.
