On December 6, 2018, SP Olean Troopers arrested Chad H. Allen, 36, of Franklinville, NY for Driving While Intoxicated.
Troopers responded to a report of a one-car accident on State Route 417 in the town of Carrollton. Upon locating Allen, they alleged him to be exhibiting obvious signs of intoxication. He failed standardized field sobriety tests at the scene. Allen was then arrested and transported to SP Olean, where a chemical breath test revealed him to have a 0.16% BAC.
Allen was released with appearance tickets for Carrollton Town Court, where he is due to return in January.
