One of the passengers identified himself as Lee D. Treusdell
with a date of birth in 1982. It was determined that he lied about his identity
as well. His actual identity was 37-year-old Brian J. Treusdell from Belfast,
NY. It is alleged that Treusdell lied about his identity because he had an
active warrant for a traffic offense out of Allegany County. It was also found
that Treusdell was in possession of a hypodermic needle. The other passenger in
the vehicle was identified as 31-year-old Ashley M. Coen from Angelica, NY. She
was charged with possession of crack cocaine.
