Shevaune Ray, 35, Piffard, NY,
was charged August 1, with two counts of issuing a bad check. Ray will
address charges in York Town Court on a later date.
David Skinner, 57, Livonia NY, was arrested August 2, charged with Aggravated Unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and an equipment violation. Skinner will reply to charges in Livonia Town Court on a later date.
Nathan Fisher,48, York, NY, was
charged with speeding and Driving while intoxicated July 26, and was released
on an appearance ticket to address charges in Leicester Town Court on a later
date.
Geramie Hamsher, 28, Dansville,
NY was charged July 16, with Criminal Mischief and Criminal Obstruction of
Breathing. Following CAP arraignment, Hamsher
was released and will respond to charges in Ossian Town Court on a later date.
Todd Smith 43, Bath, NY, was
charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd
Degree on July 26, and was issued an appearance ticket to answer charges in
Avon Town Court on a later date.
Holly Kibler, 38, East
Rochester, NY, was arrested for possession of a hypodermic instrument and
attempted promoting prison contraband 1st on July 10.
Following CAP arraignment, Kibler was held on bail and will return to
Geneseo Village Court on a later date.
Page Simon 34, Rochester, NY, was
charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd
Degree and speeding on July 31, and was
issued an appearance ticket to answer charges in Geneseo Town Court on a later
date.
Brandon Frank, 24, Rochester NY, was charged Driving while intoxicated and refusal to take a breath test July 21, and was released on an appearance ticket to address charges in Livonia Town Court on a later date.
Juan DeJesus, 48, Mt Morris NY,
was charged on July 23 with Criminal Sale of a Narcotic Drug, and Criminal a
Possession of a controlled substance.
DeJesus was held with no bail.
William Henry 27, Groveland NY,
was charged on July 23 with Criminal Sale of Marihuana 4th and
unlawful possession of marihuana.
Following CAP arraignment, Henry
was released and will return to West Sparta Court on a later date.
Ronald Zingerella 55, Avon
NY,was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd
Degree on July 28, and was issued an appearance ticket to answer charges in
Avon Town Court on a later date.
