GWEN E. BRUNO, 42, of Salamanca, New York, was convicted
following a jury trial held on July 30, 2018 through August 2, 2018 in the
Cattaraugus County Court of three [3] counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled
Substance in the Third Degree and three [3] counts of Criminal Possession of a
Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, all class B felonies. The case arose
from the defendant’s actions on December 1, 2017, in the City of Salamanca,
County of Cattaraugus, and State of New York. District Attorney Lori P. Rieman
who prosecuted the case credits the hard work of the Southern Tier Regional
Drug Task Force. Sentencing is scheduled for October 15, 2018 at 9:30 a.m. in
the Cattaraugus County Court, Little Valley, New York.
