7/4/18 7:11am- During a traffic stop in Belmont, state police arrested Leroy W. Nupp, 47, of bolivar. he was charged with driving while intoxicated, blood alcohol content above .08% and a license plate violation. He'll answer the charges in court at a later date.
7/4/18 8pm- After investigating a disturbance in the town of Amity, state police arrested David M. Baker, 50, of Scio. He was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing and harassment with physical contact. Court action is pending.
7/4/18 11:29pm- State police arrested Stephen M. Damerst, 50, of Richburg. He was charged with criminal contempt for allegedly violating an order of protection. he was detained on cash bail.
7/5/18 4:38am- State police investigated a domestic dispute in the town of Hume. As a result, troopers arrested Laquintis T. Maswell, 30, of Fillmore. criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and harassment.
