Hornell sets public hearing & meeting on grant project

There will be a special meeting of the Common Council on Monday, December 11 at 7:00 pmm. There is one item on the agenda, to Support the grant application for the Restore NY – Marion Rohr building. There will also be a public hearing before the meeting to discuss the project.
