Cuba woman receives probation in child endangerment case

From Cattaraugus County court…A Cuba woman has avoided a term in jail for endangering the welfare of child. 34-year-old Heidi Edwards will serve the next three years on probation. She was convicted of the misdemeanor crime following an incident in Hinsdale more than two years ago. Prosecutors said she knowingly acted in a manner likely to be injurious to the physical, mental or moral welfare of a child less than seventeen years old.
