Allegany County Sheriff Ricky L. Whitney reports that on
October 16, 2017, Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office arrested Trebor A.
McDonald, age 18 of Genesee, NY on a Violation of Probation Warrant issued out
of the Town of Genesee Court. McDonald was arrested without incident,
processed, and transported to the Village of Bolivar Court where he was
arraigned and remanded to the Allegany County Jail with bail set in the amount
of $1,000 cash or $2,000 insurance company bond. McDonald is scheduled to
return to the Town of Genesee Court on October 19, 2017 at 4:00 p/m/for
additional court action.
