Wellsville: Local Law refresher on "noise"

The Village of Wellsville has a variety of local laws (as do most municipalities). Most local ordinances and laws remain quietly tucked away. I thought it could be beneficial, as a public service, to highlight some over the coming days/weeks - so you're never caught off guard.
