Transmission Congestion Contracts (TCCs) with the NY ISO (New York Independent
System Operator) through NYMPA (New York Municipal Power Agency). Total cost = $6,215.16 for 6MW – 25%
($1,035.86) due July 17, 2017 – 75% balance ($4,661.37) due in October 2017.
