5/18/17 3:58pm- During a traffic stop on I-86 in Friendship, state police arrested Samuel L. Dorfman, 61, of Olean. He was charged with felony criminal possession of a controlled substance-5th. He was detained on cash bail.
5/18/17 2:32pm- During a traffic stop on County Road 24 in Ischua, state police arrested Deborah A. Mesmer, 53, of Cuba. She was charged with felony aggravated driving while intoxicated, felony driving while intoxicated and moving from a lane unsafely. She was released to a third party pending court action.

An Addison man was arrested this morning during a traffic
stop on I-99 in Lindley. State police charged 21-year-old Richard Freeland with
driving while intoxicated, BAC above .08%, speeding and pot possession. He’ll
appear in court at a later date.
Following a disturbance call in Campbell last night, state
police arrested 26-year-old Jacob Weldy of Painted Post. He was charged with
criminal possession of a weapon. He was detained on cash bail.
Troopers last night arrested 33-year-old Angelo Scuteri of
Troupsburg. He was charged with felony DWI and imprudent speed. Court action is
pending.
