Livingston County District Attorney Report - May 11, 2017

After presentation by Joshua J. Tonra, Assistant District Attorney, the following cases were handled in the Livingston County Court before the Honorable Dennis S. Cohen on May 11, 2017.

ANN MARIE BOUDREAU, age 29, of Rochester, charged with Burglary in the First Degree (B Felony), Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Third Degree (D Felony), Menacing in the Second Degree Misdemeanor), Petit Larceny (Misdemeanor), and Criminal Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument Misdemeanor), appeared with her attorney and the matter was adjourned to May 25, 2017.

MICHAEL T. BROWN, age 49, of Rochester was sentenced on a conviction of Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the First Degree (E Felony) to time-served and 5 years probation. He was also ordered to pay a $325 surcharge and a $50 DNA fee.

DANIEL L. CLARK, age 39, of York was sentenced on a conviction of Sexual Offender Failure to Register/Verify (E Felony) to pay a fine of $1500, a $325 surcharge, and a $50 DNA fee.

RACHEL M. LAUKO, age 22, of Mt. Morris was sentenced on a violation of probation to continue probation with the addition of Drug Treatment Court.

DANIEL T. MCGOWAN, age 28, of Wayland was sentenced on a conviction of Driving While Impaired by Drugs (E Felony) to 90 days incarceration and 5 years probation. He was also ordered to pay a $520 surcharge and a $50 DNA fee. His license was revoked with a requirement to install an Ignition Interlock Device.

MARK D. MURPHY, age 42, of Geneseo pled guilty to Driving with .08 of One Percent or More of Alcohol in His Blood (E Felony) and the matter was adjourned to July 6, 2017. He was remanded to the Livingston County Jail without bail.

MARY A. NEVERETT, age 43, of Gates, charged with Murder in the Second Degree (A-1 Felony) and Tampering with Physical Evidence (E Felony), appeared with her attorney and the matter was adjourned for further proceedings. Bail continues at $500,000.

AYKUT M. OZKAYNAK, age 35, of Gates, charged with Murder in the Second Degree (A-1 Felony) and Tampering with Physical Evidence (E Felony), appeared with his attorney and the matter was adjourned for further proceedings. Bail continues at $500,000.

ROGER G. TAYLOR, age 39, of Nunda was sentenced on a violation of probation to time-served and continue probation.

DAWN M. WATSON, age 38, of Conesus, charged with Offering a False Instrument for Filing in the First Degree (E Felony), Falsifying Business Records in the First Degree (E Felony), Welfare Fraud in the Fourth Degree (E Felony), Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree (E Felony), and Misuse of Food Stamps (E Felony), appeared with her attorney and the matter was adjourned to May 25, 2017.
