On May 15th Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office with the
assistance of the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office arrested Colin D. Decker, Age
29, of Bath on a Violation of Probation Warrant issued by the Town of Almond
Court. Decker, who was currently incarcerated at the Steuben County Jail, was
turned over to Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office and processed and transported
to the Town of Almond Court where he was arraigned and remanded to the Allegany
County Jail without bail and is due to reappear in the Town of Almond Court on
June 12th, 2017 at 5:00 p.m.
On May 11th, Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office with
assistance from the Wellsville Police Department, arrested Jescinda M. Howells,
age 46 of Wellsville on a Violation of Probation Warrant issued by the Village
of Wellsville Court. Howells was located at an address in Wellsville,
processed, and transported to the Village of Wellsville Court where she was
arraigned and remanded to the Allegany County Jail with bail set at $5,000
cash/$10,000 bond. Howells is to reappear in the Village of Wellsville Court on
May 16th 2017 at 4:30 p.m. for additional court action.
