misdemeanor), for driving with a suspended driver’s license and Unlicensed
Operator. The charges stem from a
traffic stop on School Street in the Village of Wellsville. Billings was issued traffic citations and

Bolivar, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd (unclassified misdemeanor),
for driving with a suspended driver’s license and Inadequate/No muffler. The charges stem from a traffic stop on East
Dyke Street in the Village of Wellsville.
Knefley was issued traffic citations and relased. Knefley is due to appear in Wellsville
Village Court on November 12th at 4:30 p.m.
