Wellsville Police arrested Thomas A. Clivick, age 74 of Wellsville, charging him with DWI (Unclassified Misdemeanor), DWI w/BAC of .08% or more (Unclassified Misdemeanor), Aggravated DWI w/BAC of .18% or more (Unclassified Misdemeanor), Moved from lane unsafely (Infraction) and Unsafe backing (Infraction). The charges stem from a traffic accident that took place on Park Avenue. Clivick was issued an appearance ticket and released to a third party. Clivick is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on June 10th at 4:30 pm

Wellsville Police arrested Varian K. Kemp, age 37 of Wellsville, charging him with Criminal Mischief 4th (Class A Misdemeanor). The charge stems from an incident that took place on Stevens Street. Kemp was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court. Kemp is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.
