Wellsville Police acting on an Arrest Warrant, arrested Jennifer M. Perkins, age 40 of Wellsville, charging her with Grand Larceny 4th (Class E Felony) and Computer Trespass (Class E Felony). The charges stem from an incident that took place on Madison Street. Perkins was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court. Perkins is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.
