New York State Police Blotter – May 31, 2025
After investigating a complaint on May 26th in
the town of Almond, state police arrested Charles R. Stevens, 45, of Almond. He
was charged with felony second-degree assault with intent to cause physical
injury with a weapon or instrument.
5/31/25 11:03 p.m.- State police were called to a
domestic dispute in the village of Bolivar, resulting in the arrest of Damion
N. Merrill, 19, of Friendship. He was charged with criminal contempt for
allegedly disobeying a court order. He was taken to the Allegany County Jail
for Central arraignment.
