6/6/25 12:08 p.m. – State police investigated a child
endangerment complaint on May 28th in the village of Andover. On
Friday, troopers arrested Amos J. Gertzen, 20, of Andover. He was charged with
felony first-degree disseminating indecent material to minors and endangering
the welfare of a child. He was taken to the Allegany County Jail for
Central arraignment.
