Wellsville man faces felony charge
On March 6, 2025, Deputies from the Allegany County Sheriff’s Office, arrested MICHAEL McDONALD, AGE 44, OF 2867 Larchwood Drive Wellsville, NY for Assault in the 2nd degree (Class D Felony) for an incident which occurred on 02/22/2025 at the Allegany County Jail when McDONALD allegedly attacked another incarcerated individual with intent to cause physical injury. McDONALD will be arraigned in CAP on 03/07/2025 .
