3/30/25 11:25 a.m.- After investigating a domestic
dispute in Belfast, state police arrested Sabin M. Barber, 23, of Belfast.
Barber was charged with preventing an emergency call to police, fire or EMS. Barber
was taken to the Allegany County Jail and held for Central arraignment.
3/30/25 6:50 p.m.- After investigating an assault
with a motor vehicle in Hornellsville, state police arrested Walter Paul
Golden, 40, of Arkport. He was charged with two felony counts of first-degree
assault with intent to cause serious injury. No additional information was
released.
