On 03/19/2025, Deputies from the Allegany County Sheriff's Office, with assistance from Troopers from the State Police Amity Barracks, arrested ANDREW E. FULLER, age 33, of Allentown, NY on a Bench warrant charging him with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 4th degree (class C felony) and an Allegany County Family Court warrant. FULLER was taken to the Allegany County Jail where he was later arraigned at CAP Court and remanded to the Allegany County Jail to await further court action.
