There will be an optional tour of Alfred State College livestock facilities at 12:30 pm. The producer meeting will begin at 1 pm with lunch followed by guest speakers: Jeff Hostetter, Product Manager with Select Sires & Dr. Chase Thut from Perry Vet discussing general veterinary topics common to our area. Program will wrap up with a business meeting – election of officers, overview of what’s happen in NYBPA, brief discussion on program ideas for 2025/2026.
Preregistration for the meeting requested by March 14th to assist with lunch planning. Cost is $15 per person for adults, $5 for youth 10 and under. Pay at the door. Lunch will be Beef on Weck, pasta salad, chips, brownies, and soda/bottled water.

We will have door prizes and 50/50 raffles. Membership in the beef producer association is not required to attend. New memberships and renewals will be accepted at the meeting, drawing will be held for 1 free membership or renewal. NYBPA is a member driven organization, there will be an opportunity to discuss and plan future events to be held in the region while networking with other beef producers.
