NYS issues 'official' WARN notice for Northern Lights Candles in Wellsville - 38 workers impacted

Note: Northern Lights Candles announced a few weeks ago that manufacturing operations at Northern Lights Candles on Andover Road in Wellsville will be moved to Bradford, PA. Previously, the company was acquired by ZIPPO in Bradford, Pa. WRN now knows that 38 workers will be impacted. Higher management, we are told, stay in Wellsville. On February 28, 2025, WRN reached out to Town of Wellsville officials. Officials respectfully declined to comment (fairly) because they had not read or seen the WARN notice. Here is the notice - thoughts are welcome elected leaders.
