On 03/10/2025, Deputies from the Allegany County Sheriff’s Office made the following arrests:
JONATHON CONKLIN, age 33 of 14 Main St. Andover, NY was arrested and charged with Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree after it was alleged that he contacted a protected party, while incarcerated at the Allegany County jail. CONKLIN will appear in CAP on 03/11/2025 for arraignment on the charges
NIKO GREENMAN, age 35 of 3696 East State St. Wellsville, NY was arrested and charged with 68 counts of Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree after it was alleged that he made repeated contacts to a protected party while incarcerated at the Allegany County jail. The arrest is a result of an investigation conducted by Deputies and the Allegany County Jail Intelligence Unit. GREENMAN will appear in CAP on 03/11/2025 for arraignment on the charges
