Allegany County Sheriff's Office-Wellsville man faces 39 counts at Jail

On March 4th, Deputies  from the Allegany County Sheriff’s Office arrested MICHAEL McDONALD, age 44, of 2867 Larchwood Drive Wellsville, NY for 39 counts of Criminal Contempt 2^nd based on McDONALD allegedly making contact with a protected party while incarcerated at the Allegany County Jail. Information developed by Deputies and the Allegany County Jail Intelligence Unit led to the charges. McDONALD remained at the Allegany County jail awaiting arraignment on theses charges.
