1/20/21 9:50pm- During a traffic stop in the Town of Genesee, State Police arrested Nicholas Bohdanowycz, 42, of Olean. He was charged with two felony counts, driving while intoxicated and having a BAC above .08%. The charges were elevated to felonies because he has a previous DWI conviction within the past ten years. He was issued court tickets and released.
