Wellsville Police arrested Lindsey N. Cruz, age 33 of
Portville, charging her with DWI and Moving from a lane unsafely. The charges stem from a traffic stop on West
State in the Village of Wellsville. Cruz
was issued traffic citations and released to a third party. Cruz is due to appear in Wellsville Village
Court on September 9th at 4:30 p.m.
