7/16/20 1:14am - After investigating a burglary complaint in the Town of Wellsville, State Police arrested Michael J. Cantineri, 54, of Elmira. He was taken into custody at Best Inn in Wellsville. Cantineri was charged with felony residential burglary, criminal mischief, petit larceny and criminal possession of stolen property. He was initially detained.
