Cuba Police Blotter

On Saturday July 11th, 2020, at approximately 8:37pm, Cuba Police arrested Tyler D. Austin (22) of Belfast after a traffic stop on North Shore Road. Austin was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle (violation), operating a motor vehicle without insurance (violation) and aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd (misdemeanor). Austin was issued uniform traffic tickets to appear at the Cuba Town Court at a later date. Austin is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
