-Coudersport-based State Police investigated a motorcycle crash on Andrews Settlement Road in Genesee Township. Joseph B. Ostroski, Jr., 44, of Coudersport, was headed south when he struck a deer. Troopers said he was wearing a helmet. He was transported by Genesee Ambulance to UPMC Cole with suspected minor injuries.
- While conducting routine traffic enforcement on North Bingham Road in Genesee Township, Troopers pulled over a vehicle for a traffic violation. A further investigation alleges the driver, Chad Baker, 34 of Eldred, was in possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. He was charged with two drug counts, driving while suspended or revoked and no inspection. He was released pending court action.
