Town of Independence notice

Notice is hereby given, that the Assessor of the Town of Independence, County of Allegany, has completed the tentative roll for the current year; that a copy thereof has been left with the Independence Town Clerk at 887 Marietta Avenue, Whitesville, NY 14897. where it may be seen and examined by any person interested until the fourth Friday in May, and that on such day the Board of Assessment Review of said town will meet at Independence Town Hall between the hours of 4-8 p.m. to hear and examine all complaints, in relation to such assessments on the application of any person believing himself aggrieved.

Notice is further given that prior to the aforementioned date, the assessor will be in attendance with said assessment roll at the town hall on the following dates and times:
 
Tuesday, May 12, 2020 from 1PM to 5PM
Saturday, May 16, 2020 from 4PM to 8PM
Tuesday, May 19, 2020 from 1PM to 4PMFriday, May 29, 2020 from 12PM to 4PM

To hear and file complaints in relation to said Assessment Roll.
