5/5/20 7:09pm- SP Amity Troopers arrested Marc P. Flaminio, 49, of Cuba, NY for Driving While Intoxicated and felony Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 1st Degree.
Troopers investigating a one-vehicle accident on Gleason Hill Road in the town of Belfast allege Flaminio had been operating a vehicle while in an intoxicated condition. He failed standardized field sobriety tests at the scene. Flaminio was then arrested and transported to SP Fillmore, where a chemical breath test revealed him to have a 0.16% BAC. He was released with appearance tickets for Belfast Town Court, where he is due to appear in June.
