On May 3, SP Machias Troopers arrested Corey J. Feldman, 39,
of Freedom, NY for felony Vehicular Assault 2nd and Driving While Intoxicated. During
their investigation of an ATV accident with injuries to two people on Franklin
Street in the town of Machias, Feldman, the operator, was exhibiting obvious
signs of intoxication. Troopers allege he had been operating the ATV in an
intoxicated condition. Walsh was arrested and transported to Bertrand Chaffee
Hospital for treatment. Feldman was released with appearance tickets for
Machias Town Court where he is due to appear in August.
