COVID-19 Statistic Update
In the United States, the COVID-19 virus has infected approximately 1.32 million people, and there have
been 78,533 deaths. In New York State, there have been 333,122 confirmed COVID-19 cases, and there
have been 19,831 deaths statewide with 226 deaths in the last 24 hours. As of 1:30 p.m. on May 9, Allegany
County’s statistics are as follows:
Confirmed Cases: 35
Recovered Cases: 31
COVID-19 Related Deaths: 1
Total Quarantined/Isolated to Date: 530
Released from Quarantine/Isolation: 497
Currently Quarantined/Isolated: 33
